Hi, I'm in the process of switching from a business account to a personal account on the same number, both with O2. My old SIM was supposed to be disconnected tomorrow (Fri 5th). I had specifically asked for it not to be disconnected today as I am away traveling. However it appears to have been disconnected, and I do not have the new SIM with me - I need to get the old SIM reconnected. Is there an email address I can contact (noting I can't make a call) where I can provide relevant details for the old SIM to be reconnected. Thanks.

Other than that you could contact O2 via social media.
