I pre ordered the s24 ultra on the 21st yet as of today (launch day) my order is apparently yet to be even processed?
Is anyone else having this issue or has any idea what is going on?

Useless o2 customer services. Got my phone (s24ultra) yet they cancelled my order? How i don't know. Still cotracted up on my Fold 5 contract. Tried to contact them and got nowhere. Now i'm just sat with both.
