Solved: S21 Ultra with ROM set to EUX, so no over the air ...

Hello Everyone.

I have purchased a S21 Ultra today (not via O2). The phone works correctly, apart from being unable to receive over the air updates.

It appears that the ROM is set to EUX (European Union) and not the UK

I have tried performing a factory reset etc, but to no avail.

Does anyone know a way of getting the phone to switch to the UK ROM?
