Rolling plan was cancelled without my permision

Today i got email that my 2 pay as you go sim accounts rolling plans was cancelled. i didnt gave any order for cancelattion. Please someone explain this to me

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

i called the o2 pay as you go and waited 30 mins but not any solution completely useless customer service
