Rolling plan paid but ring charges for txts

Hi I’ve had money taken out of my bank for a £20 rolling plan but being charged for my txts still

Same here, I have £15 rolling plan and got charged for texts today!

Are they standard UK texts? If so you need to contact O2

Yeah, contacted O2, completely useless. The payment was taken from my bank account but not showing on my O2 account and "there is nothing they can do because it looks like I have not paid"...

O2 Customer Services are pretty useless these days
