Roaming charges

I am in the US. I had to turn on roaming to access train services. I was ONLY offered £120 of data - way over what I needed for a few minutes of data! Now receiving texts say call a UK number or you will cut off my roaming! I cannot afford to call UK! Now extra charges up to £190!! What is going on?? Please help me!!

Roaming in the US if you dont have that as inclusive is charged so you have used over 200mb of data for the £120 and then you are charged the below:

 

As when you accepted the £120 limit it turns off your cap..
