I changed tariff to one including Travel Inclusive Zone to cover a holiday in New Zealand.
I’ve been here five days and it’s not working. I’ve got a signal from Spark NZ and a 3G data signal but I can’t send texts, make calls or use data…
any ideas?? Should I be changing sone setting in my phone? I thought this should happen automatically

Hi @TimO1 - if your phone has been set to roaming and SIM has been configured correctly at the back end by O2 for your phone type, yes, it should be automatic - although sometimes a flip from airplane mode and back, or a reboot, and a manual search for networks might help tickle it into action. Guide here to confirm what you need, Guide: Roaming MegaGuide
If still no joy, while on WiFi you can Rach out to O2 via Social Media, links just below, to check for any Spend Caps ( Guide: Spend caps on O2 ) active, any Bar ( Guide: O2 BARs) that needs lifting or removing by O2, or if you have an iPhone, that it is set up correctly - iData is the magic word for that (sometimes they assume you are an Android user, there are differences at the back end between the two types of phone config). Good luck!
