I’m in Poland at the moment, my phone shows 3G but it’s telling me that I have no network. My contract is for 100G a month.
Why I can’t get internet?

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.
4 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You may have a Roaming bar on your account and you need to ask O2 to remove it. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Also try to a manual search for another network.
