I spoke to CS to tell them I wanted to return a galaxy watch I just had delivered (not on contract) to which I was told an envelope would be sent out & to simply return it through special delivery which I did. I wasn’t told to fill in a returns form which I have just read online that you must do. My return was delivered to them 2 days ago & CS has no info on it. All I put in the envelope was a small white sticker that originally came with the watch. Will this effect me getting my refund, I don’t know how to find out if it’s being processed or not? I’m really worried as It’s a lot of money I’m waiting to come back to me.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have spoken to customer service & they haven’t been able to give me any information & were not that helpful. I just keep getting told to try again tomorrow I’ve called a few times Now. I told them I have receipt of delivery & acceptance but they said they don’t want that. Thank for you help though.
