Returning my upgrade

I've had my new upgrade and not happy with the product in question I'm trying to find the return policy and how to package everything and address to return the package could I please get assistance on this issue please I've had the upgrade only 1 day and its in all its normal packaging I want to return and think about another model any assistance would be grateful as contacting online agent doesn't seem to work
