Hi I I returned my Mobile as instructed by O2 using the Label they provided now lost I have a tracking no and receipt proof o postage Royal Mail say it is the responsibility of Micro Ingram what can I do losing the will to live

If the tracking says delivered you need to chase it with O2.
If no delivery, claim from RM.

Cannot claim from RM it is missing not delivered been told it O2. Problem or Micro Ingram because I used their label it is crazy

Yes, if they sent you a prepaid label the contract is between O2 and RM.
