Solved: Replacement Sim Not Working

Hi

I've just swapped an old Virgin Sim for an O2 one ( in fact you sent me 2!) because all incoming calls were being identified as being from an unknown number. I've tried activating both of them but because I have no signal I can't receive the security text. I also don't have a landline. Please advise!
