Is anyone else having problems verifying the recaptcha on a repair link?

Where are you getting the captch link?

It’s on the email link sent by O2 and asks for postcode, tracking number (for repair) then captcha below

I would copy the link and try in a different web browser, I would also recommend clearing your cookies and history.
