I have a Motorola Razr 5G that has been off for repair now at SBE UK - Motorola Repair centre since 5th July
Phone was brought on 27th January 2021 so within 2 year warranty
Booked onto system on 7th July - Fault found with Microphone as reported. Would be repaired as under Warranty
Was told spare component would arrive with them on 22nd July which looks like it did. Using Track you repair this has now sat with the repair engineer since 25th July.
What is reasonable time to wait for repair ?
In meantime had to buy 2nd hand basic phone while unit away for repair so usual data usage no where near it would be with Motorola 0.6KB compared to 5 -6 KB

I guess with COVID locking people away for 6 to 10 days at a time, your only recourse is wait... Asking SBE to reassign to another engineer could further delay the repair, but your call, @Smurf7777.
