Hi there,
I’m an HR professional and looking to register my company for O2 Open as a benefit. How do I go about this please?
Many thanks,

Just to add some advice as we do this for our employees.
The business needs to have an o2 Enterprise or Business Account, and this needs to be setup by your o2 Account Manager, you may need to go through your IT Department or Procurement team to get this setup, as there is some legal agreements that need to be signed by both sides, and it takes about 2 or 3 weeks for it to be all setup.
If you don't have an o2 Enterprise or Business Account then you cant sign up, as its a perk of being an o2 business customer.

Hi @Emily18
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Thank you! I have rung both numbers above a few times but no one seems to know how a company registers and unfortunately the info pages are all about linking your personal account to O2 Open if your company is already registered. The advice is to speak with your HR representative but I am the HE representative!

@Martin-O2 could you also check this section in the guide please...
2nd line
"O2 Open is employer based, with certain jobs qualifying for discounts of 15 or 25% depending on tariff (see T&C's FAQ)"
I clicked on the FAQ's and BitDefender blocked access!
I was on PC so I need to know if it will take you to the FAQ's? (Or anyone else for that matter).
Thanks.

Re the FAQ, Chrome on Phone threw me off with an SSL cert error, which, when I accepted the risk, was good to go, @Martin-O2 - might need to get the team who manage that FAQ site to check the certificates for using https (should be standard now!).

I wasn't given the option to take the risk on my PC, using Firefox. @pgn. It was a categoric No! Dangerous site. Go Back.
So I do what I'm told with Bit Defender.😂
