Hi, I was trying to upgrade my phone and pay off the rest of my contract (£95). The payment went through but the process crashed. The money has not come back into my account after 3 days and bank not helping. Please can I get a refund?

If the payment is showing as pending on your bank account it means O2 don't have, so can't return it.
Only your bank can release those funds back to your account.
