Im trying to purchase an Iphone 15 pro max. I got to the stage of setting up the direct debit, and it took out the £30. Now, it's asking for another £30 as a reservation. You took out the £30 already, I need that back so I can actually place the order.

O2 don't take any money until the order is confirmed.
It will be a pending payment with your bank and it is they who are holding your money in reserve.
