Hi, 

I've recieved an email stating I am owed a refund. I did have a MyO2 account, but I switched networks and can no longer access as the app won't let me.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
