My phone was disconnected I’ve paid my bill and 13 hours later I’m still not connected! Why?

@Molly98 If you've only just paid today, it can take 48 hours for the funds to clear O2's account. As we're approaching a very long Bank Holiday it may affect when your payment clears.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
