Receiving premium text alerts

I am receiving some sort of premium message alerts that are costing me £1.25 per message and there are multiple messages per month. I have tried messaging stop to the number I have spoken to someone regarding this from O2 however they were extremely unhelpful and I'm now another month down the line more out of pocket and I'm still receiving these messages. I am 70 years old and need help to resolve this matter

Also, @Eugene53 , Try blocking the number. It may be changed but carry on blocking.
