Receiving my New Tariff

Hello. I changed my Tariff from a £5 bundle to a £10 bundle To have 4G, once it was confirmed I had a £10 bundle I added £10 top up to my account however now it’s saying my new bundle will take effect on the 20th December which is in 13 days. I need it now which is why I changed my bundle. I have changed my bundle in the past which had immediate effect. PLEASE HELP! I’m going abroad and need to have this £10 bundle with4G!!!

You will need to get in touch with customer services @HLMA and ask them to push the change through.

Normal service means that the bundle changes on renewal date.

You can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
