Can anyone help how I actually get this refund sorted out? It has be3n 3 days now and no one is picking up on help line

You need to call the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 and they can help

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
