Hi,

my mum has a really old phone that she still uses, it’s a Samsung, a flip up one where you have to press the numbers a couple of times to get the letter.
My dad recently passed away and she had some voice messages on there from him but she accidentally deleted them…. Is there any way of retrieving these?????

thank you

Regretfully not. Some modern phones may back up messages but not the type you mention.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you open the messages app and go into the settings, you may have the option to restore the messages

Of course that all depends on whether they were automatically backed up

Voice messages though there is no chance of recovery

So sorry for your loss
