Hello,

I can't find step by step instructions on how to enable cellular on my apple watch. I don't see the option on my o2 account.

Could someone from your company help me step by step on how to enable cellular network on my apple watch?

This is not customer services and no one from o2 will contact you, as we are all customer like you.

All the details on activating an Apple Watch is done in the Watch App, and is not available on PAYG, and you need to pay £7 per month to use data.

Activate Apple Watch Guide  has all the information on what to do.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap on ‘Mobile Data’.

Then tap ‘Set up mobile data’. You’ll be prompted to sign in with your My O2 username and password.

Once you’ve signed in, select your Apple Watch plan. Follow the steps on the screen to set up your Apple Watch Airtime Plan.

It can take up to 24 hours to activate, but sometimes it might take a little longer.

To check if your new Airtime Plan is active, open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap on ‘Mobile Data’. In the ‘Data Plan’ section, if you see O2 with the word ‘activating’ then you’ll have to wait a little longer for set up to complete. If you see O2 with an orange ‘i’ next to it, then you’re all set up.

I have a yellow "i" next to the o2 plan, but when I give configure plan it doesn't take me to log in to my account. It just tells me that I can find it on my airtime apple watch account, but I can't find it

I have cellular data turned on on my Apple Watch but when I click the cellular network icon it is gray.
