can someone get back to be and discuss my situation

Just checked here O2 Service Status and it does say a mast is down.

So probably best to wait until that's fixed before you do anything.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Your only option is to move to a network that gives you coverage.

If you've moved to an area of poor coverage there's nothing O2 can do unless the area is already planned for upgrades, which are never announced in advance.

Pay off your device plan if on refresh and go sim only with another network.
