Proof of usage for my headset

Hi a need a proof of usage for my headset. I need it for my insurer.

You can find the proof of purchase in My O2, under my orders (via the web).

If you can't find it then you will need to call o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I need a proof of usage of my headset, they don't accept bill or call record as proof. Must contain the IMEI and date & time of last usage. I tried to cal and look on Internet but I couldn't find anything

Then you need to call Customer Services:

If you call 202 or 0344 809 0202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
