Hi,
I recently joined o2 and asked for my old number of 22 years to be ported over using my previous providers pac code. It’s been 3 days and the number still hasn’t ported over despite my old sim being disconnected and the old number now going straight to o2 voicemail when calling. I’ve called customer services and an exception form was completed with an outcome due what was meant to be in 4hrs. I haven’t heard anything so far and now I’m worried as it’s affecting not only my business.
can someone please support?
