I ported my Vodafone number over to O2 yesterday and it seems it was successful.
However, when I went to my O2 account and checked if all the information was correct today, the following messages were on Current Balance, Bolt Ons, Tariff "This information is not available at the moment. Please try again later." and the number on my O2 account was the old one not the ported one. Is this normal? I have been logging-in and out many times but it is still the same. I want to top up but the top up page shows the old number so I am hesitant to do so. What can I do? I can't find contact number for the customer service.
