I recently signed up to a new (cheaper) pay monthly tariff with O2 to replace my existing O2 pay monthly tariff, and have received a new SIM card that I want to swap for my old SIM (and keep my old phone number). I have tried doing the SIM swap online (via My O2) but get an error message when I input the serial number of the new SIM. I have also tried texting SWAP to 20220 but am getting no response.
Can anyone offer a solution? Or do I need to visit my nearest O2 store for help?
