Problem receiving calls

Hi! I’m having problems receiving calls. I was texting someone, when she tried to call me she got a “number not recognised” message; when I called her she said a different phone number was shown on her screen (my actual phone number)
Someone yesterday also said they tried to call me (I have no missed calls from them) but texts worked fine with them
Any ideas?

Have you moved your number from another provider @Kat3 as it sounds as though it might be a split port.
Call customer services and ask them to investigate.
If it is for a new contract then you would need to call and activate it @Coullie.

Hi! I did move my number when I first got the phone, that was quite a few months ago though! Strange! Thanks for your help
