Primary sim 1 & 2

It says I have a primary sim 1 and primary sim 2. I don’t understand why this is, primary 1 constantly has no service and primary 2 works for calls and iMessage but not normal text messages.

iPhones can have 2 sims inserted, but it looks like you just have a sim in slot 2.
