Hey

I am trying to view my previous detailed bill from February but every time i go onto the previous bill page, it will show my current bill and then when i go to amend it, nothing updates

 

Trying to view historic phone charges

 

Any one got a solution?

It seems to be down at the moment, i get this when i click the link

That is an authentication error, from what I can tell. 

Have you tried a different browser or clearing all cookies and temporary files?

Current Phone: Sony XPeria Pro-I and Motorola Razr 5G
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

@Rob123412412412 There has been a problem with the O2 site the last few days. It's possible that all the issues haven't been resolved yet. If you still don't have access tomorrow, contact customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
