Hi, I need to download a copy of my June 2021 bill but on the O2 Portal it's only backdating to July, I can't select any older than July 2021. How can I download my copy of June bill?

There is a known issue that O2 are slowly fixing.

Earlier bill may appear over the next few days.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
