Previous Bills as a pdf

I still cant download previous bills as a pdf. I had a call back yesterday and they said to try in 24hrs which I suspected was to just get me off the phone and this morning nothing has changed. I still cant download a previous bill as a pdf, only the current month. Can this be resolved?

Is there no drop-down in your view of your "Download and print latest bill", @Judgey?

hi thanks for reply however I dont have the same view - i can only download current bill as pdf and view historic ones with no pdf facility

If you choose Billing History
