Hi there and welcome to the o2 Community forum. @Izzy64
Firstly call o2 customer services and ask them to place a bar on your phone to stop premium rates charges.
Then you would be wise to put a bar on to stop direct to phone charges.
If you do not understand why you have premium charges I will give you a link to read.
So ring or message o2 and have a read
