I have requested to port my number which is suppose to happen today.
I was told to put my o2 SIM in once my giffgaff one wouldn't work. I have done this but had nothing and I am on the O2 number which isn't my own number. I haven't had anything from o2 and I don't know what is happening. I have had to register on this app using the O2 number. Please can you help.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

Ports can take upto 24 hours to complete, so keep rebooting your phone and the number should come across during the day.
Just because the GiffGaff number has ceased doesnt mean the Port is complete, far from it.
