Hi,
I filled in the online keep my number form', next day called Customer services and they no find it, then did over phone , on day of transfer both old number and temporary o2 number both dont work.
Both one on the phone can help me.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?
If using an esim, remove physical sim if fitted.
You need to persevere with O2.

I lost service 8 hours ago, phones been rebooted 100 times, just phoned ee they confirmed porting complete no longer in there control
