signed up for sim only and entered PAC code when signing up, 4/5 days passed and still no number port so asked on online chat on the app and said it will be done by 6pm today (09/05/23) .... still not done... have restarted phone few times. Can someone look into this??? thanks

Just for info, @Janine_S - O2 Social Media Team work hard and seem to be UK-based, and using Direct (Private) Messages to them means you and they have a record of what went before, as shown in this case (several days, but it worked):
And ringing CS at around 08:15 UK time invariably works, and also gets you through to someone in the UK.

Sorted now, took 4 weeks, for that reason I'm out. Will be leaving shortly.
