hi,
So i have a new phone with O2 and have ported my old EE number to my new O2 sim today. O2 have advised that the port is showing completed their end but my old EE sim is still connected and active in my old phone. Even weirder is the fact that if someone on EE calls or texts me it goes to my old EE sim but any other call/text from someone on another network goes to my new SIM.
Can someone at o2 please assist and look into this? I am currently now paying for 2 contracts as my EE connection is still active due to it not disconnecting their end and I'm worried I have the dreaded split port issue. I have received no text messages from O2 or EE advising of the port completion or even advising it was planned despite O2 saying it should have been text.
Please help!
