Poor reception at home. Calls keep cutting out

Hi Tech Support,

 

Can someone contact me urgently?  I have really poor reception using my new o2 sim. Calls keep cutting off at home.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it 

Have you tried wifi calling ?

@Robsw19 This not O2. This is a customer community. If you have poor reception indoors look into using WiFi calling: Wifi and 4G Calling explained | O2
