Hi,

Ive raised this before via xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx however the issue still persists. 

Please can can someone increase the signal/coverage outside as it’s terrible all along the high street.

You can use O2's My Network App to check and report faults. You can also register for updates on any problem you have reported.

Mobile signal can have its blackspots and often erasing them can be a costly and time consuming business. It's not just a case of turning up the signal

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
