Not received my New Device and SIM card.
My Account has been activated and my number transition over.
Awaiting Courier pickup is the same message I'm getting from DHL!
Something is very wrong, I have no device and no form of contact for 5 days now.
Please help!

They had issues with a chemical leak near the warehouse so had to evacuate.
Normal service should be resumed today.
