I'm trying to get in contact with someone as my new pixel 6 has switched itself off overnight despite having full battery. I'm missing alarms which isn't good. My husband got the same phone at the same time and hasn't had this issue but the O2 website makes it almost impossible to actually speak to anyone about it. Can someone please help?

I would start by contacting Google Pixel Support, as they are usually 24hours, and seeing if they can see if its Software or Hardware related (Going on the current state of the OS on these phones, i would guess... software).
Pixel Phone Help (google.com)
All o2's contact details can be found very easily by going to o2.co.uk/contactus which is listed on every page.
Also try turning off Adaptive Charging, as recommended on numerous Pixel forums.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this as well.
