Hello. 

I recently sent off my pixel 6 Pro for repair. Which my add was a long and painstaking process that I'll be making a complaint about.

And it's came back with a new screen, but the fingerprint sensor doesn't work. I used o2 being my provider, to repair my phone. I can't find online where I can talk to someone about after repair support ans to complain about the terrible service I've received.

I'm that annoyed I'm legit thinking of changing my name to Karen

Your first port of call should usually be 202, but I have found this in other repair questions from last November here on the forum, it might be worth a shot? Good luck!
