Since the last update my pixel 6 hasn't has a mobile connection, is there a fix I can't try? It's no good to me if it won't work, where do I stand if I decide to return the handset?

Have you done a factory reset since doing the update?

After speaking with o2 they very kindly sent me a new handset, upper my data allowance, for free and extended my "no questions asked return".

It's a shame this forum is full of trolls, I can't believe the O2 bummers even edit posts that call out the trolls l, I suppose O2 have to keep up fake public appearances...
