Photo ID when collecting a phone

I'm meant to be collecting a phone for someone from an O2 store. It says online that I would need to bring my own photo ID and photo ID of the person who ordered the phone. Would bringing a picture of the other person's photo ID be okay to use or does it have to be in physical form

It has to be their photo ID, as anyone can take a photo of ID... as some stores check that it isnt fake ID
