Phone won't stay on

Hi last night out of no where my phone froze then turned itself off then tried to turn back on. Every now and then it will come back on. It's been on all day but it won't connect to Bluetooth and WiFi it says turn your phone off and on again, which I did but now its doing the same again. When it was on I did a diagnostic check which was fine until i got to the WiFi test and has i can not turn my WiFi on it couldn't be done please can you help

I would speak to the Manufacturer of the phone as they may be able to diagnose the issue in a lot more depth and if needed get it in for repair

Back the phone up and do a factory reset
