Phone won't let me get work calls

Hi my phone won't let any calls from work go through to my own mobile phone. The tech guys have said it is something on my end. Is there something I need to check?

Do you know if you have calls from "Unknown Numbers" blocked? If you're getting calls through from everyone else, my intial thoughts would be that your work are calling from a withheld number?
