Phone not working

I have gone on holiday to Greece for 2 weeks. My phone has connected to the local providers and networks as it usually does and it recognises that it has 5g. However, it will not work, I cannot receive calls or texts and I cannot phone anyone or message anyone. 
My phone only works on wifi. 
please can you advise on this problem.

Make sure data roaming is enabled, and manually search for a network that is a Greek one (not a Turkish one!).

You could switch down to 4G from 5G in settings and repeat until you get a good local Greek provider's signal.

If you have an iPhone, then go into data settings and change your APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

Failing that, check with O2 that you have not had a spend cap applied, @AP2496 - Social media team for O2 accessible from the link just below.
