Hi looking to see if someone can help I got the payment team to put a hold on my bill until the 19th phone was working fine then today randomly stopped letting me place any calls/texts and I can’t get any incoming either which isn’t good when you are waiting on calls because you have three sick kids!! Any help ??? I can’t phone o2 as it is not letting me call

The opening times are:
